TCC#72 – Holding on for dear life
It’s a roller coaster ride. There’s no other way to explain this season, and fans are jumping off the bus left and right. But don’t fret! The season isn’t over just yet, and you shouldn’t be getting out of your seats and leaving before the second intermission. There’s still plenty of Canucks hockey to be played, and we are doing our best to stay away from the complaints department. We won’t claim to know all the answers, but the situation frustrates us just as much as you probably are.

Great stuff! Nice to here some calm cool rational discussion on this team’s situation rather than the panic and irrational comments we’ve heard on the radio the last few weeks.
Thanks for the episode… it’s somehow comforting, as a Canucks fan “from away” (stuck in Ontario), to hear other Canucks fans chat… especially during times as depressing as these… keep it up – we need all the support we can get out here!

So true. During bad streaks, Canucks fans getting together is definitely like an impromptu support group. And thank goodness, or we’d all probably give up.
Its just so frusrating. 2 years ago we made the paly-off with great team spirit. That spirit and fight took them to a play-off run that many media experts never would have predicted.
Now this year, with certainly more skilled players, we have lost that spirit. The Nucks have always had that team togetherness, which makes the current slump more infuriating.
The Samaritans must be busy after every game at the momet.
The upside is that it cant go on forever and we still are the greatest fans in the world.
