TCC#27 - Live from the Open Practice
A special episode of The Crazy Canucks, the whole crew was able to meet up for the Vancouver Canucks Open Practice at GM Place on March 24, 2007. The organization allowed the podcast crew some media access for the event, and it was a treat to have the seats that we did.
Additionally, we have an exclusive story on this one, detailing the story behind Jeff Cowan and the legendary bra on the ice. This was also a true melding of the Canucks Outsider and The Crazy Canucks, with special guest Dan Fun Boy making his appearance for the first time on the podcast.

We also realize that it’s been a while since our last, official episode, but we hope to get things back on track with our official preview to the ensuing playoffs. We’ll break down our opponent for the first round as well as reflect on the season that has been. Stay subscribed and thanks for checking out The Crazy Canucks!

What a great Easter surprise!! Woohoo!!
Great way to fire me up for the playoffs.
I actually posted that you guys had the GM Place host who “witnessed” the bra incident on my blog as soon as I heard the podcast this morning. The post won’t go live till about 10:30 tonight, but it’ll be there.
And while banners might not always mean much, it’d be nice to hang three new ones this year (NW, Western Confernce and Stanley Cup champions).
Great show guys. Keep it up.
[...] It’s finally come out - someone’s admitted to seeing the bra get thrown on the ice during the game between the Canucks and the Tampa Bay Lightning back on March 6th. The Crazy Canucks podcast was at GM Place for the open practice and found the host who saw it happen. She tells her story on the latest edition of the podcast, available here. It’s around the 26:00 minute mark of the podcast. So now you know. [...]
